Is there any refund for the cancellation of the SBS lesson?
To get a refund, cancel the SBS lesson online at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Attending the SBS lesson is required to book your Traffic Police practical test.
Can I get a refund for course enrolment?
As stated on our enrolment page, the fees paid are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the Practical test?
Postponement, cancellation, or refund of test & vehicle rental and warm-up fees are strictly prohibited upon payment. The test fees will be forfeited.
Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the Traffic Police (TP) theory test (BTT/FTT/RTT)?

The course fees paid, is it refundable or transferable?
No. Postponement, withdrawal, transfer or refund of course fees is not allowed.
Can I request for refund of my unused student balance?
