What will happen to the unused funds in my SSDC/ Private student account upon graduation?

You may withdraw the unused funds at our Customer Service Centre. The account shall automatically terminate upon reaching a zero balance in the account. Otherwise, it will be utilized for monthly account maintenance.

Modes of refund either via graduation or termination:

Cash at service centre, subjected to availability of cash at cash counter.

PayNow via scanning QR code, to submit refund form with 1 month processing time.

No refund is allowed after deduction.
