What are the requirements to renew my Class 4/5 Driving Licence if I am over 65?
All Singapore Class 4 and Class 5 driving licence holders aged 65 and above are required to undergo a medical check-up and be certified fit to drive by a Singapore-registered medical practitioner in order to renew their driving licence. The medical requirements must be completed within two months prior to their next birthday.
Completed medical examination reports must be submitted online or to TP Headquarters. Once the report has been accepted by Traffic Police, you may proceed to register online for the test at SSDC.
You must pass the following test within 2 months before reaching your next birthday:

70 to 74 | Enhance Proficiency Driving Test (EPDT) When securing a TP Test after Date of Birth: - TP test date that you select must be 2 days after birthday.

You will not be allowed to drive a heavy vehicle if you failed to submit your medical examination report and/or pass the proficiency driving test before your birthday.
