The pre-requisite is as follows:

• Qualified Driving Licence holder.
• Presently not under any suspension or disqualification from driving.
• Do not suffer from epilepsy, mental disorder, sudden attacks of giddiness, fainting, inability to read at a distance of 25 metres (with the aid of glasses, if worn) and not suffering from any physical disabilities which will likely cause driving of a motor vehicle to be a source of danger to the public.
• Not colour blind.
• Register for the course within 4 weeks from the date of the Letter of notification from Traffic Police.

Terms and Conditions

• Course fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of whether the participant is affected by unforeseen circumstances, including illness or on other medical grounds and emergencies.
• Postponement, Withdrawal of course and Change of course date are strictly prohibited.
• Course fees are non-refundable if DIPS students did not complete or were absent from the course.
• Medical certificates will not be accepted as a reason for a change of course date or refund of the course fee.
• Attend a theory lesson first, followed by a practical driving lesson.
• Absentees and those who did not complete the course will need to get another offer letter from Traffic Police to enrol and pay for the full course fees again.
• While waiting for the course to commence, and if a DIP student has accumulated more demerit points and is liable for the suspension, the course shall become invalid. There will be no refund of the course fee.
• DIPS students who are late will not be allowed to attend the course. It shall be treated as absent. DIPS students must register and pay the full course fees again.
• Singapore Safety Driving Centre Ltd and its employees are liable for any accidents, injuries or death sustained in the course of my training.
• SSDC reserves the right to make any amendments that are not stated herein whenever deemed necessary without prior notice.
• DIPS students aren't allowed to have multiple bookings at different centres. Bookings paid successfully but subsequently rejected by TP are not refundable.
• If you want to change your DIPS test date, kindly get approval from Traffic Police first before coming to SSDC.
