What happen if I exceeded the practical lesson cancellation counts?
All learners are entitled to 18 cancellation counts of Practical lessons. Once you exceed your cancellation counts, a charge of $5.35 (inclusive of GST) will be imposed for every subsequent cancellation. The cancellation of the practical lessons can be done via our online student portal.
No refund of fees or replacement of lessons, if you are late or absent due to a medical condition or any reason whatsoever.
