The requirements are as follows:

• 18 years old and above (based on the date of birth).

• Pass both eyesight and colour blindness tests at our Customer Service Centre.

• Must not accumulate more than 12 demerit points under the Driver Improvement Points System (DIPS) or have any pending traffic offences.

• Must not have any class(es) of Qualified Driving License / Provisional Driving License under revocation, disqualification or suspension.
