How do I enrol for Motorcar Refresher Course?
Applicant will register in person at the Service Centre by eAppointment.
Please bring along the following when you register at our Service Centre:
- Valid Singapore NRIC/Passport.
- Valid FIN Card (For foreigners).
- Class 3 or Class 3A Qualified Licence
