How do I enrol for a Class 4 or Class 5 course?

Singaporean or PR
1. Meet the course Requirements.
2. Proceed to register at our Service Centre during operating hours.
3. Documents needed during enrolment: 

Class 4 manual or 4 auto
  1. SingPass
  2. NRIC and valid Class 3 or 3A driver's license
Class 5
  1. SingPass
  2. NRIC and valid Class 4 driver's license
Note: Apply PDL here before the commencement of the scheduled practical lessons.

Foreigners Class 4 Enrolment
Currently foreigners are not able to register for Class 4, their company will need to submit endorsement to Traffic Police via www.go.gov.sg/class4support and wait for Traffic Police's update on next steps, kindly refer here.

Foreigners Class 5 Enrolment 
1.    Meet the course Requirements.
2.    Apply for a Class 5 Provisional Driving Licence (PDL) via Traffic Police website.
3.    You may proceed to enrol at our Service Centre during operating hours upon successful PDL application or prompted to go SSDC for an eyesight test during PDL application
4.    Documents needed during enrolment:
  1. SingPass
  2. Valid workpass and Class 4 driver's license
  3. Signed company letter except for Employment Pass holders.
  4. Vehicle log card of Class 5 vehicle under company
Note: Apply the PDL here 2 hours upon completion of your eyesight test (if you could not apply the PDL previously).

Course Structure for Class 4, 4 Auto and Class 5:
  1. 1 Classroom Theory Lesson (English / Mandarin)
  2. 5 Practical Lessons
  3. 1 Traffic Police Test
Note: Payment modes are cash, Cashcard and Nets.

Service Centre Operating Hours:
Monday to Friday; 9.15am to 5.30pm
Saturday to Sunday: 9.15am to 12.30pm
Closed on Public Holidays
