Cancellation of simulator lessons can be made online. It must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. If your simulator lesson falls on the day after a Public Holiday or SSDC rest day, cancellation must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

1. A medical certificate will not be accepted for refund or late cancellation of lessons.
   

1. No refund of fees if you are absent due to a medical condition or any reason whatsoever.
