Can I cancel my Class 4 or Class 5 practical lesson(s)?
Yes. To cancel a booking, you must do so in-person at the Service Centre at least 72 hours in advance, or 96 hours in advance if the booking follows a public holiday.
Cancellation of practical lesson/s CANNOT be processed online.
