Cancellation of practical lessons is available but must be done so online at least 72 hours in advance, or 96 hours in advance if the booking follows a public holiday. Between 3 days in advance up til 2 hours before the lesson, you have the option to "Try-sell". You will need to regularly check the status of your "Try-sell" booking. If another student accepts your "Try-sell" slot, the fee paid will be credited back to your student account.

Once you have successfully cancelled your lesson and/or "Try-sell" the lesson, the lesson fees will be credited back to your student account.

All learners are entitled to 18 cancellation counts of Practical lessons. Once you exceed your cancellation counts, a charge of $5.35 (inclusive of GST) will be imposed for every subsequent cancellation. The cancellation of the practical lessons can be done via our online student portal.

No refund of fees if you are late or absent due to a medical condition or any reason whatsoever.
