After scanning PayNow QR code, the pop-up message stated QR code is not valid, why is that so?
There are few potential factors which may cause this error.
Your PayNow service may not be linked to your bank application.
You have not updated your bank application to the latest version.
If you refreshed, pressed back or did not manage to stay on the QR payment page; please wait 20-30 minutes before attempting to login again as the pending payment will auto clear by itself.
Avoid logging in from multiple devices simultaneously, as this may lead to access restrictions to the website.
